Shipping & Returns

FREE Shipping applies for all orders anywhere in Australia. Little Georgie uses Australia Post to ship all orders.

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of cleared payment to the address you have provided. Before you pay, please make sure your postal address is correct to ensure it arrives at the correct address.

Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not recognised as business days and we will not ship on these days.

All care is taken when packaging your order for delivery but Little Georgie will not be held responsible once the parcel is lodged with Australia Post. In the unlikely event that your package does go missing or gets damaged, the account outcome will be at the discretion of Australia Post.

If you would like extra protection in the shipment of your orders, we do offer a range of delivery options through Australia Post, including postage insurance and signature on delivery at an extra charge. Please let us know upon check out if you would like postage insurance.

Estimated Delivery Period 

Most parcels will arrive between 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: Little Georgie is based in Central Victoria so postage may take extra time depending on your location.

Australia Post recommends that postage may take at least 5-7 business days depending on where you live. For regional areas, items may take a little longer.

Please keep in mind that once we have posted your order there may be delays in delivery by Australia Post, natural disasters or other emergencies, which is something that is out of our control.

Shipping Options 

We ship all orders via standard postage through Australia Post.

For other shipping options, such as shipping insurance, registered post or signature of delivery, extra charges apply.

We do not offer Express Postage as it may take just as long as regular postage because we are not based in a major city which is covered by the Australia Post Next Day Delivery Guarantee. Most express orders from our office will take at least 4 days to arrive but could take longer depending on which day your order was shipped. 

Returns and Exchanges 

We hope you are as pleased with our products as we are. If not or we have made an error, please let us know so we can resolve the issue.

We know that shopping online doesn’t give you the same interaction with products as you would normally get in a brick and mortar store. Because of this, we are happy to exchange or give a refund, within 14 days of purchase. Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty.

The product must be returned as new, i.e.: unused, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or with tags attached, as it was delivered. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in resale condition.

If the product is faulty we will replace or refund within 30 days.

For damaged products or in the rare instance that we have sent out incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours to organise a return.

All shipping costs for returns and deliveries of exchanges (excluding faulty goods) will be at the customer’s expense. It is suggested that you send your return package by registered post or express post, as Little Georgie cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in transit.

Return shipping costs will be reimbursed, upon receipt and inspection of the item, for incorrect, damaged or faulty goods only.

  • Your full name and postal address
  • Product name
  • Order number, if available
  • Reason for return
  • Request for exchange or refund
